Dr. Farhana Islam has been a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) for over a decade now. With her expertise in both private and public health sectors, she has gained 20 years of clinical experience in Australia.

She founded the Better Health Family Clinic in 2017 to better serve the local community. At the clinic, Dr Farhana is known for her warmth and compassion towards her patients.

Outside of her work, Dr. Farhana is a proud mother of three children, enjoys helping families and friends, and traveling, and speaks Bengali.

Dr Liton D’Costa is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He completed MSc in Molecular Biology from RMIT University in Melbourne. Dr D’Costa is experienced in Family and Geriatric Medicine, Heart Health, Diabetic Care, Skin Check and helping with complex health issues. He has specialised in Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care over the years.

His areas of interest include: Diabetes, Heart Health, Preventive Medicine, Obesity and Metabolic Disorder Management and Men’s Health.

Dr Ferdousi has been working as a General Practitioner in Australia and overseas for a total of nine years, and has certificate in Practical Dermoscopy. Her special interests include skin cancer medicine, women and children’s health, chronic disease including diabetes, hypertension, asthma and COPD.

Dr. Rajesh Tomar is a seasoned general physician specializing in a range of areas, including travel medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and chronic disease management. He is accredited for Category 1, 2, and 3 Rail Medicals. His dedication to providing top-notch care and his commitment to improving overall health align perfectly with our mission at Better Health Clinic.

Dr. Sze Yee Ng has achieved MD, FRACGP, AMAC-medical acupuncture and has been part of the Better Health Family Clinic for 3 years. He specializes in general medicine. He is adept in multiple languages including Chinese and Indonesian. At the clinic, Dr. Sidney Sze Yee is known for his compassion towards patients.

Dr. Waleed Wahby is a seasoned General Practitioner with a wealth of experience in both urban and rural healthcare settings. As an esteemed Fellow of both RACGP and ACRRM, and holding a Master’s degree in Tropical Medicine, Dr. Wahby brings a comprehensive understanding of general practice medicine to our team. His expertise spans across various domains including acute care, chronic conditions, emergency medicine, pediatrics, and travel medicine, among others. With a strong belief in preventive medicine and holistic care, Dr. Wahby advocates for the well-being of not only his patients but also their families. His special interests lie in General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Men’s Health, Preventative Medicine, and Family Medicine.
